Analog soul. Digital execution.

Fantasy football should reward more than luck.

Fantasy football where strategy, preparation, and commitment matter.

Draft with a purpose. Study your rival. Choose your formation, offensive playbook, defensive scheme, Featured Player and Focus Player. Bluff, counter, and commit before kickoff. Then let real NFL players decide whether your GAMEPLAN succeeds.

Two football managers in ballcaps square off in a dim film room. One points across the table; the other stares back, unmoved.

“You only won because your receivers went off.”

“Then why’d you leave them open?”

What makes GAMEPLAN different

More than lineups.
A real GAMEPLAN.

Plenty of longtime managers love draft day, then watch the weekly game turn passive: rankings, projections, waiver advice, and a lot of luck. Traditional fantasy football is still the foundation here. GAMEPLAN adds a real strategic contest against another manager, with actual NFL performances as the unknown.

Draft

Draft with Intent

Formation ideas change how you value roster depth and player roles. Projections still exist. Your plan decides how you use them.

Personnel

Formations

Your formation sets your skill starters and where they line up. It is more than a start/sit decision.

Featured & Focus

Your Featured Player is one of your starters, given added offensive emphasis. Your Focus Player is one opposing starter you target. Who you pick, and when, both matter.

Mind games

Hidden Choices

Your public coaching identity can signal or bluff. Your real weekly calls stay hidden, with staged player-level reveals at kickoff and full film study after the game.

Game day

The Sideline

Follow RAW scoring and strategy-adjusted scoring side by side, so real NFL results always stay the foundation.

The constant

Real NFL Results

Knowledge and preparation create options. Real players still have to execute. Sunday decides what your calls are worth.

Roster quality still matters. A 30-point loss on RAW scoring usually stays a loss. GAMEPLAN is about the competitive matchups, where preparation and a good read can change the outcome.

How it works

Know the Game. Prepare for Battle.
Execute Your GAMEPLAN.

Easy to understand. Difficult to master. Four steps, every week.

  1. 1

    Know the game

    Draft. Study. Anticipate.

Draft with intent, know your players, and study your rival. What do they like to run? What do they protect? What did they do the last time they were behind?

  2. 2

    Prepare for battle

    Hidden until kickoff.

Set your formation, offensive playbook, defensive scheme, Featured Player, and Focus Player. Bluff, counter, and commit before kickoff.

  3. 3

    Execute your GAMEPLAN

    Real players decide.

Your GAMEPLAN goes head to head with another manager’s, scored on real NFL performances. Follow it on the Sideline, RAW and adjusted.

  4. 4

    Review the tape

    The argument starts here.

After the final whistle, open Path to Victory. Same lineup, same performances. Try other calls and see what else might have happened.

Postgame · Path to Victory

Every game has
its what‑ifs.

Path to Victory is a strictly postgame workbench. You don’t get a do-over. You get the tape, and the chance to find out what your calls were really worth.

  • What happened stays locked. Your actual starting lineup, your formation, the real RAW performances, and your opponent’s actual strategy.
  • Not a hindsight bench. No swapping in the player who went off on your bench.
  • Try other legal calls. Change your offensive playbook, defensive scheme, and Featured and Focus targets by hand, and see the recalculated result.
  • No advisor. No hints, no recommended calls, no “a win was possible” indicator, and no automatic search.
  • You discover it yourself. Find the winning path, or prove there wasn’t one. Either way, you learn something about next week.

The War Room Planned feature

The final whistle ends the matchup. It doesn’t end the argument.

The postgame conversation should feel like serious players dissecting a completed poker hand. Both managers can test alternative decisions, then argue about what the results prove.

  • Debate the hand. What you knew, what you guessed, and what you would do differently.
  • Both sides get the tape. Each manager can run their own what-ifs in Path to Victory.
  • Bring receipts. The plan is for managers to share Film Room snapshots to back up their take.
  • League banter, built in. Designed as part of the game, not an afterthought.

  • Coach R.Reran it with Bracket Coverage. Still lose by 4. Your receivers were going off either way.
  • Coach D.Guess you should’ve covered them.
  • Coach R.Air Raid plus Aggressive and I win by 10. Check the snapshot.
  • CommissionerYou two have spent three hours figuring out how to win a game that’s already over. This league is ridiculous. I love it.

Where it could go.

GAMEPLAN is in active development. Below are real screens from the working prototype, followed by a separate visual concept for where the interface could head next.

Who it’s for

Why serious players are drawn to GAMEPLAN

01

You love draft day

And you want the rest of the season to ask as much of you as the draft does.

02

You want calls that are yours

Rankings and projections are useful. GAMEPLAN adds decisions nobody can make for you: your formation, your scheme, your read on a rival.

03

You like a human opponent

If you grew up on classic tabletop strategy games, you know the feeling: reading the person across the table matters as much as the dice.

04

One league. A different kind of commitment.

Time spent studying opponents, choosing strategy, revisiting outcomes, and trash-talking other serious football fans.

If you love your current leagues, keep them. GAMEPLAN isn’t a replacement for fantasy football. It’s for the people who want more out of it.

“We choose to do these things not because they are easy, but because they are hard.”

John F. Kennedy · adapted excerpt, 1962 Rice University address

GAMEPLAN is not built to be easy. It is built to be worth the commitment.

Strategy today.
A smarter Sunday. You can’t control how your players perform. You can control how you prepare.

Founding Coaches

Become a Founding Coach.

We’re looking for serious NFL enthusiasts who want in early: playing GAMEPLAN, questioning the rules, and arguing about the results while the game takes shape.

Possible free concept league, late 2026 If the game is ready, we hope to run a free concept league late in the 2026 season, possibly starting around NFL Week 10. It depends on readiness and is not guaranteed.

Long-term vision: a polished 2027 launch, a distinctive league experience, and eventually a game that players wear almost like a badge of honor. Not because it is easy. Because it is not. And because it is worth the commitment.
